For a Pause: Simple Reminders That Stick

Neon stickers serve as interruptions from the digital world and create a pause. Their messages combine technology icons with ideas of mindfulness. The three messages, which are hidden in optical illusions so the viewer must pause to understand them, are “Log in to Now,” “Pay @ttention,” and “Stop and Breathe.”

Toying with Tiny is a photography book that plays with scale by presenting tiny things with their life-size counterparts. Toying with both scale and reality, these photos intend to initially fool the viewer, at least for a moment. The photo book explores the domestic and feminine undertones inherent in miniatures while examining the glamorous and not–so–glamorous sides of femininity.
